PrePregg* is a composite material made by pre-impregnating various cloth types with our special epoxy resin that requires a criticaal temperature to set it off. The PrePregg* can be stored for years as it requires no cold storage and can be used at any time by simply applying a hair dryer or heat blower to the material. It can be exposed to the sun or withstand up to 100 deg C without setting it off.

Replace the transom core without removing the inner and outer skins. While we are using the same process as other well known products, TransCore* by contrast uses a non-flammable, high strength epoxy system (not polyester) and so it can be cheaply shipped anywhere by air. Transcore* has a formula that has BASALT fibres in the process. Rock hard and oh so strong.

PitGuard* is a revolutionary product to fill electrical pits as it is fully flexible, not flammible. PitGuard* contains a rodenticide and while a sealant to keep water at bay, it can still be removed to give access to wires.
